All honey is from our Ladue beeyards. You will find that our honey has a very light appearance and flavor. We extract and bottle without any pressure filtering or heating, either of which will affect the natural antimicrobial properties of honey.

Natural liquid honey which has not been heat-treated or pressure-filtered will eventually granulate and harden. To avoid granulation, store liquid honey overstock in a freezer. Liquid honey stored in a freezer will also have its peak flavor preserved indefinitely. Granulated honey is not spoiled. To re-liquefy simply place in a warm oven, on a sunny dashboard or in a warm pan of water.
